Independent provider
GradePath Learning is an independent education provider. It is not accredited by, affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by any awarding, certification or examination body. Course and exam names are used only descriptively, to identify the exam each set of practice tests prepares you for. All trademarks, product names and body names are the property of their respective owners.
Practice materials only, no guarantee
The practice tests are study aids, provided on an “as is” basis for revision and self-assessment. They are written in-house and are not real exam papers. GradePath Learning makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that using them will result in passing any exam or achieving any particular result, and they are not a substitute for the official syllabus, study materials or training. You remain responsible for your own preparation and for checking the current exam requirements with the relevant body.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GradePath Learning is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, these materials or this website, including exam outcomes and any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Buying and access
The courses are sold and delivered on Udemy. When you follow a link to Udemy, your purchase, access, refunds and certificate of completion are governed by Udemy's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Prices and availability are shown on Udemy and may change.
Privacy
This website is a set of static pages. It does not host accounts, take payments, or ask you to submit personal information, and it sets no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and performance. If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated to say so. If you follow a link to Udemy or any other third-party site, that site's own privacy policy applies.
